So it is Sunday morning and I should be in church trying to keep my kids reverent but we are at home because Ian has a virus. He has been running a fever for 4 days. I took him to the dr. yesterday ( day3). She said it looked like a virus but if he doesn't get better in 3 days to bring him back in. Sometimes I wish they could give him some medicine and he would be feeling better. Anyway so that made the weekend a little crazy. On top of that we had a baseball game, and Dave decided he had some "outside projects" to do, which translates into an all day possibly all week project. So yesterday consisted of a few trips to home depot and then drilling holes into wooden beams ( which took an extremely long time because our drill does not have enough juice) and then staining them. We are putting woodchips around the playset and are trying to box it in. Anway the wood is all drilled and painted, tomorrow it looks as if our fhe activity will be nailing the wood to the ground.
In the meantime Claire learned a new trick, I went to check on her in bed and she was standing up. Now she pulls herself up on everything.
This week I am trying to teach Ammon a new trick, we bought him some nice elmo underwear and some life savers with the hopes of potty training him this week. In my dreams it will take a week. Anyway wish us luck!

hold on to that dream. My sister potty trained 4 of her 5 kids (she made her husband do the 5th) over a weekend. She swears by that method. You do have to LIVE in the bathroom for the full weekend but when they are done, they are done! good luck.
